USEFUL INFORMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
The minimum booking is 2 days (15% extra charge for 1 day bookings).
During some periods a minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights is required.
Not included: 2€ City tax per person per night.
- CHECK-IN: from 14.00 to 17.00 - an advance notice of two days is REQUIRED for later arrivals.
- CHECK-OUT: before 10.00 - flexible when agreed together.
Cancellation policy: 30% deposit by wire transfer at the moment of booking - or card details as a guarantee is required to secure the reservation. The cancellation or the shortening with a briefer notice than 20 days will involve the payment of 100% of the total amount. The 30% deposit will not be refunded. The period of VINITALY is considered high season.
GARDEN & PATIO:
during the nice season, our guests can relax in the garden and patio under the pergola. This is also covered with FREE WI.FI.
Additional sleeping accommodations: Option to have two mattresses for kids (suggested for 4-12 y.o. kids) in the little loft in Appartamento del Fienile (+ € 20,00 each). Option to use the sofa bed for two people in the Appartamento della Pigna (+ € 20,00 one person, + € 40,00 two persons). One baby crib is available (+€ 20,00).
Breakfast: the first day, breakfast is included in the price with coffee and products already present in the kitchen of the apartments. Being the Brunelli Family one of the historical producers of Amarone DOCG, some Welcome Bottles are included in the price (room and apartments). Further information in every single room specification.
Free WI.FI covers the apartments, the gardens and the terrace.
